Meld USA is First to Achieve Top Rated Industry Certification
Using an ISFA Certified Professional is a client’s assurance of a job well done

Raleigh, NC – Confirming once more their position as a true vanguard in the concrete countertop industry, Meld USA is the first to be recognized as an ISFA Certified Professional company. In order to qualify, an ISFA Certified Professional must meet or exceed rigorous standards governing business procedures and ethical practices in its role as a fabricator and installer of decorative surfacing products.

“It is an honor to be the first concrete countertop company on an international platform to receive an ISFA Certified Professional certification. Our alliance with ISFA demonstrates to the world that we are raising the bar in our industry and are committed to our craft. The Certified Professional certification not only promotes quality and craftsmanship but also illustrates our commitment to exceptional customer service,” said Michael Bustin, President of Meld USA.

ISFA certification requires qualifying companies to submit proof of insurance and all applicable licenses, copies of contracts and other legal documents used in the course of business, and a plan for responding to and resolving customer issues in a timely fashion. Candidates must also agree to abide by the ISFA Code of Ethics, as well as submit to an annual audit of their business procedures.

The International Surface Fabricators Association represents decorative surfacing manufacturers, suppliers, fabricators and artisans from around the world, and includes the full gamut of surfacing options. Member companies are committed to the idea of providing the highest quality materials and workmanship on every project. ISFA members lead the way in innovative design and technical proficiency. Participation in the ISFA Certified Professional program is voluntary.
